Well, the time has come: China is just 3million short of becoming the largest Internet Market. The government’s official reporting agency, CINIC, claims the number to have reached 210million (up from 137million at the end of 2006). Which roughly puts the adoption of Internet Access by the next 3million in just two weeks–practically speaking, it already happened.
