What goes and what doesn’t..
So before I begin to write this blog I would like to clarify the purpose for this and my assumptions. Yes, I’m writing for business reasons - actually for existing and potential clients of my IT company. However, the more interesting question is why use blogging for marketing purposes when there are many other tools that are more effective in covering larger audience (and take much less time). Well the answer is rather simple, it makes no sense shooting with ads at birds in the sky and then running business based on those clients. Instead I hope to bring some value into our conversation, and thus filter the clients that would otherwise prove to be unreliable in future dealings.
What will I write about? I will write about what I see and think about web, internet infrastructure, and cross-country issues – all with a slight twist on Chinese side of things. Internet is something I’ve been deeply involved with for many years both as a customer-facing and a guy-in-a-trenches kind of employee. So when I will write my posts, I will try to bring much of my experience - wherever it is
